This period may be extended if necessary to fulfill AutomotiveHD’s obligations under the law or to pursue legitimate interests. After this period, the data will be deleted or anonymized.

The legal basis for processing personal data is the necessity of your data to perform a contract to which you are a party, or to take action at your request prior to entering into a contract, or the processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation binding on the controller.

AutomotiveHD is also entitled to process your personal data if it is necessary for the realization of its legally justified interests, such as, for example: ensuring security, pursuing claims, protection against fraud attempts, or direct marketing.

The recipients of your personal data are entities:
    • Supporting us in the execution of the service provided to you, for example, our subcontractor delivering the services or goods you ordered.
    • Carrying out marketing activities for us, maintaining our IT system, supporting us in monitoring the creditworthiness of contractors and pursuing claims.
    • Supporting us in fulfilling obligations resulting from legal provisions, for example, an accounting office, a law firm, or an entity archiving and destroying documentation containing personal data.

You have the right to request from AutomotiveHD access to your personal data, its deletion or restriction, and rectification in person or by submitting written statements. You have the right to object to data processing and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).

Your personal data was provided to us by your employer or an entity with which you have a legal relationship resulting in your participation in contacts between AutomotiveHD and its contractor. AutomotiveHD processes the following categories of data, the scope of which depends on the scope of data provided to us by the entity on whose behalf you act: name and surname, contact details, position, information about acting on behalf of AutomotiveHD’s contractor.

Your data will be processed by AutomotiveHD Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as AutomotiveHD) for the purpose of:
    • Executing a contract concluded by AutomotiveHD or conducting negotiations before concluding a contract.
    • Storing data for archival, evidentiary, or claim pursuit purposes.

The recipients of your personal data are entities supporting us in the execution of the contract, for example, a shipping company, subcontractors, IT system service providers, an accounting firm, a law firm, or an entity dealing with the disposal of documentation containing personal data.

You have the right to request from AutomotiveHD access to your personal data, its deletion or restriction, and rectification in person or by submitting written statements.
