You provide your personal data to us voluntarily. Providing it is necessary for conducting negotiations aimed at concluding and performing a contract. It will be processed by AutomotiveHD Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as AutomotiveHD) for the purpose of:

Your data will be processed for a period no longer than 10 years, starting from the beginning of the year following the fiscal year in which the transaction or proceedings were finally concluded, and the debts were paid, settled, or expired. This period may be extended if necessary to fulfill AutomotiveHD’s legal obligations or to pursue legitimate interests. After this period, the data will be deleted or anonymized.
The legal basis for processing personal data is the necessity of your data for the performance of a contract to which you are a party, or to take action at your request prior to entering into a contract.

Your data is also necessary to fulfill a legal obligation incumbent upon AutomotiveHD. AutomotiveHD is entitled to process your personal data if it is necessary for the realization of its legally justified interests, such as: ensuring security, pursuing claims, protection against attempted fraud, or direct marketing.

The recipients of your personal data are entities:
– supporting us in the performance of the service provided to you, for example, a shipping company delivering the work or goods you ordered,
– carrying out marketing activities for us, maintaining our IT system, supporting us in monitoring the creditworthiness of contractors and pursuing claims,
– supporting us in the fulfillment of obligations resulting from legal regulations, for example, a statutory auditor or an entity archiving and destroying documentation containing personal data.

You have the right to request access to your personal data from AutomotiveHD, as well as its deletion or restriction, and to rectify it personally or by submitting written statements. You have the right to object to the processing of data and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Your personal data has been provided to us by your employer or an entity with which you have a legal relationship resulting in your involvement in contacts between AutomotiveHD and its contractor. AutomotiveHD processes the following categories of data, the scope of which is determined by the scope of data provided to us by the entity on whose behalf you act: name and surname, contact details, position, information regarding acting on behalf of an AutomotiveHD contractor.

Your data will be processed by AutomotiveHD Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as AutomotiveHD) for the purpose of:
– performing a contract concluded by AutomotiveHD or conducting negotiations prior to concluding a contract,
– storing data for archival, evidentiary, or claim pursuit purposes,
– conducting marketing activities for its own products and services.

Your data will be processed for a period no longer than 10 years, starting from the beginning of the year following the fiscal year in which the transaction or proceedings were finally concluded, and the debts were paid, settled, or expired. This period may be extended if necessary to fulfill AutomotiveHD’s legal obligations or to pursue legitimate interests. After this period, the data will be deleted or anonymized.

The legal basis for processing personal data is Art. 6.1(b) GDPR due to the necessity of your data for the performance of a contract to which AutomotiveHD is a party, Art. 6.1(c) GDPR as the processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation incumbent upon AutomotiveHD, and Art. 6.1(f) GDPR because AutomotiveHD processes data to pursue legitimate interests, such as pursuing claims or marketing its own products or services.

The recipients of your personal data are entities supporting us in the performance of the contract, for example, a shipping company, companies providing IT system support, entities disposing of documentation containing personal data, and a statutory auditor examining AutomotiveHD’s financial documentation.

You have the right to request access to your personal data from AutomotiveHD, as well as its deletion or restriction, and to rectify it personally or by submitting written statements. You have the right to object to the processing of data and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
