- Providing services or selling products by AutomotiveHD.

2. Information for persons whose personal data we received from other entities, e.g., our client (Article 14 GDPR)
- Executing a contract concluded by AutomotiveHD or conducting negotiations before concluding a contract.

4. Information for persons whose data we received from our supplier or contractor (Article 14 GDPR)
Your personal data was provided to AutomotiveHD Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as AutomotiveHD) by an employer or an entity with which you have a legal relationship resulting in your participation in contacts between AutomotiveHD and its Supplier or Contractor. The processing of data is therefore necessary for conducting negotiations aimed at concluding and executing a contract between the Supplier or Contractor you represent.
Depending on the nature and scope of cooperation, AutomotiveHD processes the following categories of your data: name and surname, contact details (e.g., phone number, email address), position, information about your authorization to act on behalf of the supplier or contractor, registration number of the vehicle you use, PESEL number (e.g., contained in the registration documentation of legal entities or a power of attorney, information indicated by the Supplier or Contractor for identity verification purposes).
