Audits of train and tram production processes

We conduct detailed audits of rail vehicle production processes – from the assembly stage, through workmanship quality control, to final functional tests of the finished vehicle.

The scope of the audit includes:

  • quality control of individual production and assembly stages,
  • analysis of the process and finished unit’s compliance with technical documentation and order specifications,
  • assessment of the correctness of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical system assembly,
  • verification of the completeness and accuracy of technical documentation,
  • identification of non-conformities and potential technical risks,

The purpose of the reconstruction is to recreate the sequence of events and identify potential technical causes.
